Alice looked after us most of the time and she was delightful, nothing was too much trouble. All members of the team were always happy to help and they even assisted my family out of hours due to the arrangements being over a public holiday. May I say a huge and heartfelt thanks to Sally and the team at MLS following the passing of my beloved dad this September (2022). Living abroad added to our complications, however nothing was too much trouble and Sally was available every time I contacted, by phone or email and the whole end to end process was slick, professional and perfection. From initial call, all legal processes, service preperation and appointing of Celebrant (huge thanks to Tony Packwood) - mostly conducted by email and PDF paperwork - I was led through everything and no stone was left unturned. The most wonderful, respectful, caring and professional company with whom, unfortunately, due to the recent passing of my mother, I have had to deal. Nothing was too much trouble. Their guidance was sympathetic but also practical. I know, from relatives, the prices that have been charged for funerals and although there was no expense being spared for my mother’s, this truly caring, family firm did not try to “Sell” me anything other than what we wanted and what they saw as appropriate for ours and my mother wishes.
